I was told recently that I'm a naturally funny person. I have a wit about me. Thank you. That's a lovely comment. Then I was also told that my blog is too depressing. Hmmmmm....
Ok, perhaps I turn to this thing when I have a dilemma or sadness that I need to spew about. That's probably not the best intention of a blog. Maybe....my life is just that horrible. Well, ok, it's not THAT horrible. My life is pretty good actually.
So...here I am writing about GOOD things......

Oh, ok...my daughter went skating with her class yesterday. Much to my dismay, as she had only been skating twice....EVER. Mr. Bitty had taken her up the weekend before, so that she could get a little more experience. They came back and gushed about how well she had done and if we were to buy skates, they should be a size 1 as those were the ones (rentals) that fit her best. So yesterday while the kids were at the arena Mr. Bitty was able to pop away from work long enough to look in on our E. She did very well, only fell twice and was a star! By the end of her time on the ice, she was no longer stuck to the boards or gripping the arm of the parent helper. I'm so proud! Mr. Bitty was also informed by the arena 'dude' (aka Renter of the Skates) that he was a bit misguided in her skate sizing of the previous weekend...it seems our E requires a size 3!! This would be a good indicator as to why Mr. Bitty is not allowed to buy clothing by himself.
Since my last post I have made a few more gadgety purchases. Not necessarily computer-ish gadgets though. If you know what a Cricut and a Slice are then you know my new passion. Ohhhh, giddy to walk into my space and fire up these new additions. Spend hours thinking about them and planning for them. This is a new direction for me, really.
I have also taken on some fabulous assistance with the Bitty empire. It has been wonderful to have someone else to assist with menial duties, take over the things I don't have the patience for and provide their insight. I'm hoping this fabulous assistance will be just what I and the Bitty need to get where I and the Bitty need to go....
....see I can do it. I can write happy-ish.
